Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are prohibited, and all sales are final

• All queries requiring returns/exchanges must be made within 48 hours of recorded receipt and sent to our email signaturemane@gmail.com. Clients need to leave a full description of issues with pictures and a video if possible so we may understand and respond appropriately
• Emails will be responded to within 2 working days during our working hours
• All orders must be returned in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.
• Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed or the lace on the wigs have been cut will be refused.
